Dear Jason,

My family and I wanted to send you this thank you letter for everything your company has done for us. I really did not think it was possible considering my lender, EMC Mortgage, was not willing to work with us. I tried to do this myself for weeks, but could not get anything accomplished. EMC continued to foreclose on my property even though I was trying to work things out. I can't express how grateful I am for you and The Financial Solution Center . I have been burned a few times before by mortgage brokers and didn't really trust anyone. No Company has ever delivered what they promised and that's why I was in my situation. Dear Teresa,

I wanted to write you this letter to thank you for all your help in my time of need. I was facing foreclosure and was not prepared to move. I lived in this house all my life and did not have any options. I tried to work out a solution with my mortgage company but the forbearance plan they offered me was ridiculous. They were willing to keep my payments the same for 3 months, but wanted a huge balloon payment at the end of the plan. I tried to tell them that I would not have all the funds by then but they were unwilling to bend. That's when I found The Financial Solution Center and you were able to stop the foreclosure and get me out of that plan, and get me a loan modification.
